The brand name “Rydeen” is named after the famous water of Minami Uonuma, the water of God Raiden, which Hakkaisan uses to brew beer. The water naturally sprang through mount rang of Hakkai Mountain over 400 tons a day, and the water is extremely soft.
On the label, as the symbol of the brand, there is an illustration of monkey which often show up around the brewery.
“Rydeen Beer” which brewed in rich natural environment blessed with quality water, each style of beer has distinct characteristics also enjoyable with dishes of each season.
